How to invite your supplier representative to a project
Any of the users can invite the supplier representative (guest) to the item. There can be more than one supplier representative and there is no limit to the number of guests you can invite to an item.
- Go to the Projects organizer
- Select the project you want to share with the supplier representative
- On the right side of the project tab, select the sharing icon
- Select "Share with guests"
- Add the supplier representative
The project will be displayed in extranet for the supplier.
