How to Provide Training During Onboarding

  • Employee training typically occurs at the beginning of an employee's tenure.
  • It usually takes place directly at the workplace, with the trainer often being the direct supervisor or an experienced colleague.
  • The completion of the training is generally confirmed by the trainer.

How to confirm the training of a new employee

  1. As a trainer, select a specific training in the training record
  2. Press the "Train" button
  3. In the form, select the employees you have trained
  4. Enter the validity date of the training; the system will monitor the next due date
  5. Decide whether a two-step confirmation from the employee is necessary.
  6. If not, confirm it yourself.
