How To Provide Training During Onboarding

What is training and who certifies it

  • Staff training is usually carried out at the beginning after the employee starts.
  • Typically, it takes place at the workplace and the trainer is usually the immediate supervisor or an experienced colleague.
  • The trainer usually confirms that the training has been carried out. 

How to confirm the training of a new employee

  1. As a trainer, select a specific training in the training record
  2. Press the "Train" button
  3. In the form, select the employees you have trained
  4. You enter the date until which the training is valid, the system then checks the next date
  5. Selects whether a two-step confirmation from the employee is still required
  6. If not, you only confirm yourself
  7. Save
