What is training and who certifies it
- Staff training is usually carried out at the beginning after the employee starts.
- Typically, it takes place at the workplace and the trainer is usually the immediate supervisor or an experienced colleague.
- The trainer usually confirms that the training has been carried out.
How to confirm the training of a new employee
- As a trainer, select a specific training in the training record
- Press the "Train" button
- In the form, select the employees you have trained
- You enter the date until which the training is valid, the system then checks the next date
- Selects whether a two-step confirmation from the employee is still required
- If not, you only confirm yourself
- Save
