How does the calendar work in Aptien?
The calendar displays all your minutes from meetings and appointments, as well as notifications from activity schedules and watchdogs. In addition, the calendar shows any tasks that have a set date, if you are responsible for them or monitoring them.
- By default, the calendar is displayed in the classic way, i.e., always an overview of the activities in a given month.
- Events are marked in red, tasks in yellow, and your watchdogs are marked in green.
- The calendar allows you to switch to a monthly, weekly, or list overview.
You can create an entry or create a task straight from the calendar.
Important: The calendar is your private calendar and none of your colleagues have access to it and therefore cannot see it.
