Approval of employee requests
As approver, you can see the tab "Approval" in the left menu, with this tab you can see the number of all requests in the state "To be approved" in which you are set as an approver or follower. The request remains on your list until approval is complete. Of course, the request can also be rejected or cancelled, such requests can be found under specific statuses.
An overview of the requests to approve
As an approver, you can see all requests that concern you in the "Approval" tab. In this tab, all requests and reports that concern you as an approver are listed for you, you can search among them by name. Requests are always divided and displayed according to their status:
- For approval - here you will find all requests or reports awaiting approval by all users, after opening an open report, click on "Confirm" after reading it, and for the request, choose between "Yes" or "No" and confirm in the line
- Approved - here you will find all processed requests or reports where you are a follower or an approver
- Rejected - here you will find all applications that have been rejected
- Canceled - here you will find all canceled applications and reports, whether the cancellation was caused by the founder or the approver for any reason
Request statuses and reports
After opening the tab, you can use the search field to quickly find a specific request or report, you always search for a specific status.
You switch between states using the beak next to the state name:
- For approval - here you will find all requests or reports awaiting approval by all users, after opening an open report, click on "Confirm" after reading it, and for the request, choose between "Yes" or "No" and confirm in the line
- Approved - here you will find all processed requests or reports where you are a follower or an approver
- Rejected - here you will find all applications that have been rejected
- Canceled - here you will find all canceled applications and reports, whether the cancellation was caused by the founder or the approver for any reason
Until the request and report are closed, it is possible to add comments to them. Click to view or download the uploaded attachment.
Requests attached to a specific item
As with tasks, requests are sometimes useful to be more specific. When creating a request or report, you can link them to a specific record, from this record the applicant can then select a specific item to which the request or report relates.
An example could be, for example, reporting a fault in a specific room, a request to repair a machine, or a request for a new protective device of a specific size (shoes, t-shirts, pants). You can then see the attached item directly next to the request you are approving or tracking. However, if you do not have permissions to this item in your role, it is not possible to view the item and you only see its name. Your authorization is managed by an administrator.
