Create custom PDF forms from scratch or use a template

You can design print forms much like creating a document in Microsoft Office or Google Docs:

  1. start from scratch and build the form yourself
  2. import a form from a template file you already have
  3. or pick a template from the template library and customize it to fit your needs 

Where to create PDF forms

An administrator can create print templates for any record type in the record settings

  1. Select the record type
  2. In the record settings, click “Print template management”
  3. You’ll see options to create a new print template

Here you can start with a blank template or import an existing one.
