What exactly is the system telling you? Check the following, it could be one of these:
- Check your internet connection
- Check that you are entering the correct email (the email address is your username)
- Check if you are entering the correct password or if your browser is not updating a different one
- If you have forgotten your password, have a new one sent to you
- Check your company address (domain), for example, ourgreatcompany.aptien.com
