What does service oriented management mean?
Service oriented management is a way of managing processes and activities, in which emphasis is placed on outputs (services) and its quality, which the customer value, buy and use. In contrast to process-oriented management, which focuses on the process and steps of execution, service-oriented management focuses on the output and its parameters (see SLA).
