What is tracked during maintenance?

  • Repair costs - Time, materials, and spare parts used for repairing a specific machine
  • Preventive maintenance costs, such as inspections, adjustments, updates, cleaning, and similar tasks 
  • Costs for calibrations, inspections, or audits
  • Energy consumption, electricity, fuel, or consumables
  • Number of operating hours or number of performed operations

How to Track Maintenance Costs?

  1. Open the Organizer with assets, on which you want to track maintenance costs.
  2. Select the asset or item for which you want to enter consumption values or costs.
  3. Select the "Costs & Usage" tab.
  4. Enter the required value into the cost table.
