Benefits of Tracking Costs in Aptien
Unlike using scattered paper records, sticky notes, or basic Excel/Google spreadsheets, Aptien offers significant benefits for managing your business expenses. It provides features that make tracking costs much simpler. You can not only set a budget or financial goal, but also easily attach all related records and supporting documents (like expense receipts, invoices, photos of paper receipts, and other visual proof). These records can then be easily shared with your team and securely stored long-term as digital files. Aptien can also integrate data from your accounting system, if supported, streamlining your expense tracking even further. For tracking time and work, Aptien helps break down labor costs for each project by monitoring employee hours and pay rates.
