How to start room equipment inventory

Confirm the reality of a room's equipment with a simple inventory

You can check any equipment, machinery, appliances, parts of buildings or other property that you have located in your rooms, offices, workshops or other premises using the room equipment inventory. This will confirm the actual condition of the items you keep in your records and let you know what you have in which room.

How to start the room equipment inventory?

Only an authorized person who has access to the inventory menu set in their role is authorized to run the inventory. If you have such permission:

1. Go to the "Inventory" menu
2. Go to the "Start inventory" tab
3. Select the inventory of assets entrusted to an employee and press the "Select and start" button
4. Select the employee for whom you want to run the inventory and start the inventory
