Details contain information about the item
- The "Details" tab contains individual fields where you enter information.
- Details are like "columns in Excel"
- Details are of different types, such as text, number, date, etc.
- To the left of the detail, you'll find a question mark with help text, if the administrator has filled it in.
- On the right side of the detail row, there is a dog icon that shows you all the watchdogs for that detail, or you can create a new watchdog for that detail.
- The paperclip icon shows you the attached files to the detail, or you can add any attachment or link. If any of these icons are green, it means that something has already been added.
- Details can be divided using detail groups, which you see as gray boxes. You can expand or collapse a group by clicking on the title or arrow
Details can be customized by an administrator
- Details can be easily edited and customized
- If you are an administrator, you will find a pencil icon between the detail name and the field to fill in. This will open the menu for editing the detail settings.
- As an administrator, you will find a blue plus sign in the lower left corner below all details, which is used to create a new detail.
