What to track

How to manage in Aptien:
- Go to Project Organizer and select a project
- Go to tab "Costs & Usage"
- Enter values into a cost and usage table - Log every cost as an activity (fuel, labor, materials)
- Monitor target value whether the budget is met and how is fulfilled
- Track assigned tasks with cost estimates
- Summarize total variable costs for the project
How to Attach Invoices and Receipts
If you need to attach documents, receipts, invoices, or anything else, it's not a problem. Simply scan and attach the photo or PDF.
- Log the cost
- Take a picture or scan the receipt or other document or attach PDF
- Attach the photo or PDF to the expense record
