You can Upload Anything to Attachments
- The ‘Attachments’ tab contains all attachments, documents, and links that you have uploaded or added to the item.
- By clicking on the link or attachment, you will open it.
- Click the document icon in the right corner to open the attachment editor, where you can change the description or folder for the attachments.
- On the left, below all attachments, you will find options to add an attachment or add a link.
Folders for attachments make it easier to navigate
- Folders for attachments (for example, Invoices, Photos, Manuals) make it easier for users to navigate.
- Folders and permissions for them can only be managed by an administrator.
Folders for documents can be managed by an administrator
- The administrator can create and edit folders
- The administrator can change access permissions to folders
