What is the plus menu

The plus menu can be found in the top left corner next to the Aptien logo. You can create tasks, meeting minutes, or even new item records from anywhere.

Add content to this menu

Editing directly in the "plus" menu is not possible. 

As an administrator, you can edit the default button named "Add Item" in each record. If you choose a custom name for it, it will automatically be added to the "plus" menu as well.

How to do it

  1. Switch to the administrator role
  2. On the Organizers home page, click on the edit pencil icon to the left of the "Add Item" button
  3. Open the "Items" tab
  4. Edit the "Custom text for the button to add a new item" field
  5. Save
