This article is intended for construction managers. You must have correct settings in your role permissions for the following procedure to work.

Where can You Issue and Assign Equipment, Machinery or Tools?

Depending on your needs and situation, you can assign construction equipment, machinery, tools and other equipment not only to construction sites, but also to individual projects or departments. 

• To a construction site
• To the customer
• To a project 
• and so on   

How to Issue Equipment to Construction Sites

1. Select the construction equipment tracker or another list where you manage construction equipment or tools.
2. Find the equipment or tool you want to issue.
3. You will see an "Issue" button next to it.
   
4. On the issue form, select the construction site where you will be transferring the equipment.
5. Enter additional information about the transfer, such as the condition.
6. If necessary, take a photo or attach other documents.
7. Confirm the transfer with your signature (if required).
8. After confirmation, the location of the item will be displayed.

Equipment Overview for the Construction Site

• On the construction site record, you can see an overview of all the equipment you have issued to the job site. 

How to Remove Equipment from a Project

1. Open the construction site page where you want to manage the equipment
2. Open the "Assigned" tab
3. Select the equipment you want to remove
4. Click on the three dots on the right and select "Remove"
