Overview of Requests and Tickets
To provide a better overview of requests and tickets in Aptien, we have prepared a simple report for you. Thanks to its filters, it allows you to create at least basic statistics regarding Aptien's workload.
You can filter by:
Created at, Resolved from-to, Requester, Assigned to. The requests in the report are sorted by status, and each column is marked with a number representing the number of tickets in that status.
