How to Create Interactive Forms

Create custom forms from scratch or start with a template

You can build online forms similarly to creating surveys in Google Forms, Typeforms, Jotforms or a similar tool.

1. create a form completely from scratch 
2. or import a form from a template file you already have
3. or use a template from our library and customize it to your needs 
4. administrators can create online forms for any record type

Where and how to create online forms

1. Select a record type, open the record settings
2. In the record settings, click "Interactive forms"
3. You’ll see options to create an online form: start with a blank form or import a template.
4. Choose "Create new form" or "Import form"
5. Enter your form name
6. Decide which records the form should apply to (all records in the record type or a single specific record)
7. This opens the online form builder where you can create your form
