How to plan periodic training

Planning periodic staff training

You must conduct or require periodic training for your employees to maintain their qualifications or meet legal requirements. You will use Activity Plans to plan such training. It is advisable to have a good set of job roles on your staff record. In fact, you can set up training plans:

  • For all employees
  • For a specific job position
  • For a specific employee

How to set up training plans

  1. Go to Employees
  2. Check how your job roles are set up
  3. Select the Activity Plans tab
  4. Enter "+create new"
  5. Select whether the training plan will be for all employees, for the selected job role or only for the selected employee

How to set up a periodic training schedule

  1. Go to the Employee organizer
  2. Check how your job positions are set up
  3. Select the Activity Plans tab
  4. Enter "+Add Activity"
  5. Name the training activity, for example "Driver training" and set the period with which it will be repeated
  6. Choose whether the training plan will be for all employees, for the selected job position or only for the selected employee
  7. Save the training plan

Subsequently, you set for each employee when the plan will be activated and confirm the implementation of the given training.
