How to checkout keys, access cards or employee badges to employees

During employee onboarding process, you need to issue and checkout or entrust access cards, keys, access tokens or various employee badges. Also, at any time during the employment, the changes needs to be tracked. Most important is an offboarding - you have to be sure employee returned all entrusted keys, cards or badges, otherwise it can be a security issue.
