Definition of supply chain
A supply chain is a cascade of all suppliers involved in the delivery of products or services. So it includes all involved suppliers and their suppliers that have an impact on the service or product quality that your organization purchase.
Importance of supply chain in service management

- You describe the required quality and level of purchased services using the SLA
