What you can find on the policies portal
Here you can see all company documents and policies accessible to all employees and, in addition, the regulations that arise from your job title and for which the company needs to prove that you have read them. In the case there is a new procedure in the system that requires your familiarization, you will receive an email notification. On the policies portal you will find everything divided into three tabs:
- Policies and Procedures to read and familiarize yourself with, where there are documents awaiting your confirmation
- Done, where you can find the documents and policies you are already familiar with
- Overview of all company documents and policies
List of policies for familiarization
Every employee can see all company documents and policies accessible to all employees and, in addition, the regulations that arise from his or her job assignment and for which the company needs to to prove that he has read them. In case there is a new regulation in the system, that requires your familiarity, you will receive an email notification. Once you have logged into Aptien, you will find all the documents to familiarize yourself with in the Policies Portal
How will you confirm that you are familiar with the Policy?
The list of documents with which the employee must familiarize themself is based on their employment and job duties and is set by the policy administrator.
How to confirm familiarity with a document (policy, work procedure, manual, standard)
- In the Documents to confirm tab, you can see the name of the policy. When you click on it, you will be able to read it online
- Open the document and read
- The "Confirm Awareness" button confirms your awareness of the Policy

Overview of all policies and procedures
On the 'all policies' tab you can see an overview of all documents and policies that are accessible to all employees.
