Archived items: no longer needed in daily operations
- Archived or removed items (records) are entries in the system that you no longer require for daily operations, such as a disposed computer, closed contract, former employee, or completed project. These items are hidden and not available for regular use.
How to Access Archived Items
Archived records are not visible by default, but you can access them using the advanced search filter.
- Click on the filter icon located next to the search bar, then select ‘Show/Hide Archived Items’.
- From there, choose 'Show All, Active, and Archived Items'.
- This will provide you with an updated list, including archived items, which will appear with a strikethrough.
