Category Settings
As an Aptien administrator, you can set up categories in any Organizer.
- Go to the organizer settings by clicking on the pencil icon
- Open the "Categories" tab
- Here you can see the categories that have already been created and are active and in use. Click on the pencil icon to edit existing categories. Change their name, order, icon, and icon color, or hide the category completely
These settings are the same for all Organizers.
Why can't some categories be deleted?
- You cannot delete categories that are active and in use.
- You must either modify the used record or change all items in this category to another category, thus freeing it up for deletion.
- This setting is the same for all records.
