Sharing Projects with Your Subcontractors

Each project has its own page that you can share with your subcontractors or technicians. Each of them only see the projects that you share with them. On the project page, they can manage tasks or, for example, share photo documentation. There can be multiple subcontractors for one project, and you can also share multiple projects with one subcontractor.

How to Share a Specific Project

Conditions for Sharing a Project

1. The technician or subcontractor must be set up as a guest.
2. The extranet must be enabled and configured in your Project organizer.

Steps to Share a Project

1. Go to the Projects organizer.
2. Select the project you want to share with the subcontractor or technician.
3. On the right side of the project card, select the Share icon.
4. Choose Share with Guests.
5. Add the subcontractor's representative.
6. The project will then appear in the subcontractor's extranet environment.
