How to Manage Contract Categories in Your Contract Organizer

Steps to Manage Contract Categories
- Navigate to the settings of your Contract Organizer by clicking the edit icon.
- Open the "Categories" tab.
- If categories already exist, you can easily modify them.
- Add new categories.
- Delete any unneeded categories.
How to Edit or Customize Contract Types within the Contract Organizer
- You can easily customize your contract types to suit your specific needs.
- To organize and track different types of contracts within your Contract Organizer, use categories.
Steps to Edit Contract Types
- Go to the settings of your Contract Organizer by clicking on the edit pencil icon.
- Open the "Categories" tab.
- If categories are already created, you can easily edit them.
- You can add new categories.
- You can delete unwanted categories.
Why can't I delete some categories?
- Categories cannot be deleted if they currently contain items.
How do I make a category available for deletion?
- First, move all items from that category to a different category. Once the category is empty, you can delete it.
- Alternatively, delete all items currently assigned to the category. Once empty, the category can be deleted.
