Confirmation of maintenance
Once you have a maintenance plan set up, you can confirm the completion of a maintenance activity for each asset and add a note, photo documentation, or other proof of completion.
You, as the asset manager, can confirm the completed maintenance or a service technician in the field can confirm it. You confirm either from the maintenance activity plan, overview from reporting, or from an item. You or the service technician can also use the mobile version, which allows you to take and attach photo documentation directly from your mobile phone.
Proof by using a protocol
You can confirm the maintenance carried out either by plain text or by adding an attachment. If you are confirming via mobile phone, you can simply take a photo of the report or other proof of completion and attach the photo immediately from your mobile phone.
Maintenance history
Aptien records all activities performed, including notes, and logs them in a clear list of activities. This gives you a complete service history of the instrument or equipment in one place.
