This article is intended for maintenance technicians, but also for asset managers, or facility managers

Confirming Completed Maintenance

Once you have your maintenance plan set up, you can confirm the completion of maintenance activities for each asset and add a log, photo documentation, or other proof of completion.

You, as the asset manager, can confirm the maintenance performed, or it can be confirmed by the service technician directly in the field. You can confirm it either from the overview of maintenance activity plans in the reporting or from the item itself. The service technician can then confirm the maintenance from their mobile phone. You can also use the mobile version, which allows you to take and attach photo documentation directly from your mobile phone.

Proof by Using a Protocol

You can confirm the maintenance carried out either by plain text or by adding an attachment. If you are confirming via mobile phone, you can simply take a photo of the report or other proof of completion and attach the photo immediately from your mobile phone.
