Notes are there for you to be able to record your ideas at any time
Notes are there for you to be able to record your ideas electronically, exactly where they belong, instead of writing them on a piece of paper or elsewhere. You can add them to any item they are concerning. Each Note is private unless you decide to share it.
Where can you find your Notes?
All your private and shared Notes are in the Notes tab. In case you add it to a particular item in the system, you can find it in both places.
