How to Set up Change Tracking in a Contract
You can enable tracking (alerts) for each detail of a contract that you need to track or monitor. You can have multiple alerts enabled for one contract and you can change them freely at any time. You can also set up tracking of a specific detail for all contracts in your organizers.
- Select a specific contract in your contract organizer that you want to tract or monitor
- In the detail line, click on the dog icon and then on "+ Set up new alert"
- Fill in the alert name and configure the alert according to your needs (alert options are described here)
- In the settings of each alert, you can also specify which colleagues the alert will also notify.
- You can also set whether a task should be created from the alert, i.e. if the activity requires action, create a task for responsible users
