Submitting IT issues or problems with employee helpdesk
A variety of situations occur in workplaces that involve computers, laptops, company software, applications, and other IT equipment or IT services. To address and resolve issues, the IT manager must establish reporting environment, IT helpdesk and maintain to enable submitting IT issues.
How employees submit issue to IT
Aptien offers a simple ticketing system, IT helpdesk, where employees can report, submit any IT-related issues with equipment or services. As a logged-in user, you find forms in the left menu tab "Requests and reports". Here select the form to report IT issues, fill in and confirm by clicking on "Create".
- The form is automatically attached to the user who creates it
- Employee can submit it directly from mobile phone
- The report form is automatically sent to IT for resolution and you will receive a notification in your inbox as soon as it is processed
- Until the report is closed, you can add comments to it and thus clarify information.
You can easily customize the IT issues forms
The company can create almost any form for reporting IT issues, problems or any other IT related incident. IT helpdesk is available to all employees in the company who have access to the intranet.
