How Employees Submit IT Issues
Aptien offers a simple ticketing system, an IT helpdesk, where employees can report any IT-related issues with equipment or services. As a logged-in user, you can find the forms in the left menu under "Requests and Reports". Here, select the form to report IT issues, fill it out, and confirm by clicking "Create".
- The form is automatically linked to the employee who submits it.
- Employees can submit it directly from their mobile phones.
- The report form is automatically sent to the IT team for resolution, and you'll receive a notification in your inbox as soon as it's processed.
- Until the issue is resolved, you can add comments to the ticket to provide additional information.

The company can create almost any form for reporting IT issues, problems or any other IT related incident. IT helpdesk is available to all employees in the company who have access to the intranet.
