Do you have an annual or two-year subscription?
If you need to increase the number of users and have already purchased 1 or 2-year licenses, please contact customer support at support@aptien.com, and you will be invoiced for the number of licenses you want in addition to the original number of licenses you have already purchased.
Do you pay monthly by card?
- Go to the Administration and then to the "Licenses" tab, where you will find information about your current license. Here you have detailed information about your license
- After clicking on the "Change number of users" button, you have the option to increase the number of users, and once selected, click on "Continue"
- Now you need to confirm the new pricing conditions for the next billing period
If you want to reduce the number of users, you must first remove the users from the system. If you don't know how to do this, read this article.
