How to get a Company-Wide Overview of Inspections
If you need to view all planned, upcoming, and overdue deadlines for inspections, checks, or maintenance tasks across all your company's assets, you'll find this information in the Reports section, which provides a comprehensive timeline of all activities.
- In the left menu, go to Reports
- Click on the "Activity Plans" tab.
- You will see an overview of all inspections you manage or are assigned to.
- You can refine this view using various filters.
How to Filter the Displayed Inspections?
- You can show only inspections that match a specific time period, type, or piece of equipment.
- Use the following filters to refine your view:
- Date: Filter inspections by a specific date range or period.
- Assets/Equipment: Filter inspections by selected assets or pieces of equipment.
- Activity type: Filter the list of displayed inspections by the type of activity (e.g., inspection, check, maintenance).
- Assigned To: Filter the list by the person or team responsible for the activity.

Common Inspections and Compliance Checks for Small and Growing Businesses
Small and medium-sized businesses often have various mandatory inspections and compliance requirements. Here are some of the most common ones:
- Electrical System Inspections, including dedicated equipment and appliances. Used templates: Equipment Requiring Inspection, Machinery, Medical Devices
- Lightning Protection System Inspections, covering lightning rods. Used templates: Equipment Requiring Inspection
- Fire Safety Equipment and Systems Inspections – includes fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, fire alarm systems (FAS), emergency lighting, emergency exit ventilation, and smoke and heat exhaust systems.
