The first user of the system, i.e., the one who created it, is automatically assigned the role of Administrator. If you are comfortable with that, you don't have to do anything.

How to set the role for a new administrator

If you need to set administrative permissions for another user, assign them the Administrator role. Multiple users can be assigned the administrator role.

  1. Go to Administration
  2. Select "Users" in the menu
  3. Select a specific user
  4. Assign the administrator role
  5. Save the settings

How to replace the current administrator

If you need to replace an existing system administrator, you must first appoint an existing system user as the administrator. The procedure is the same as setting administrator privileges for another user. Next, this user needs to log out and log back into the system. He/she must then change his/her role to Administrator, log in to Administration, and can remove the existing administrator from the system.

After the new administrator logs into the system, he/she again removes the "administrator" role from the existing user he/she invited to the system, and the process is complete.

With this procedure, you will not lose the complete history of what the previous administrator did in the system.
