Confirmation of issuance of PPE
As soon as you, as an employee, receive the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) issued to you by your employer, you can digitally confirm its receipt in your self-service portal. Here you can see all the equipment you have and those that are waiting for your confirmation.
How to confirm receipt of PPE
- On your monitor or phone screen, click "Waiting for your confirmation"
- On the screen, you either confirm in the next window by signing or just pressing the "Confirm" button
You then observe the actual status within your personal folder, as well as with your manager, HR, or the individual responsible for occupational safety and personal protective equipment.
What else you see in your employee self service
As an employee you'll find everything important on your employee's homepage. It's your directory from which you can get to:
- Your personnel file and information, the page where all your personal information is
- All notifications from your employer you find here
- On the company message board the company shares with you all important information
- Employee Directory where you can see your colleagues
- Online requests and reports for you to make your requests
- Company policies and other documents where you can find company documents
- Training catalog where you can find a list of training courses you can apply for
- You can access other company applications if you have them set up in your company
When you log in from your mobile, you will see a basic directory from which everything is easily accessible.
