Confirmation of issuance of PPE

As soon as you, as an employee, receive the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) issued to you by your employer, you can digitally confirm its receipt in your self-service portal. Here you can see all the equipment you have and those that are waiting for your confirmation.

How to confirm receipt of PPE

  1. On your monitor or phone screen, click "Waiting for your confirmation"
  2. On the screen, you either confirm in the next window by signing or just pressing the "Confirm" button

You then observe the actual status within your personal folder, as well as with your manager, HR, or the individual responsible for occupational safety and personal protective equipment.
