The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office, including equipment, work tools, general administrative support and other support for staff. It has permissions set for these areas and organizers:
- Contracts
- Work aids
- Office equipment
- Employee access cards and keys
- Company and supplier directory
- Directory of contact persons
- Certificates
- Phones, SIM cards
- Computers
