The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office, including equipment, work tools, general administrative support and other support for other staff. It has permission set for these areas and organizers:

  • Mail
  • Office equipment
  • Employee access cards and keys
  • Company and supplier directory
  • Directory of contact persons
  • Certificates
  • Phones, SIM cards
  • Computers
