Tags are used for descriptions
Tags are one of the field formats. In order to use tags, you need to create a detail and use the "tags" format of the detail. You can use tags to describe any item's specific characteristics like skills, certificates, etc. You can use them while searching for items.
Tip: You can find all your employees speaking German (for example, if you filled the "Skills" or "Languages" detail with "German"). Another common use is that you are looking for employees with one of the filled skills.
