How to setup notifications of personal data changes

Only the administrators can change these settings. All the other ordinary users cannot change it.

This feature is important for HR professionals because they get notified every time an employee changes any of their personal details.

Notifications of personal data changes (About me)

When an employee changes their personal data in the "About me" section, someone responsible must be notified about these changes. The most common responsible person is the HR professional, but it can be anybody based on your needs. You, as the administrator, have to set the user for the notifications to work. 

The user is notified every time an employee changes any of their personal details.

How to set this up

  1. Log in as the administrator
  2. Go to the administration settings
  3. Select the "Datasheets" tab
  4. Select "Employees"
  5. Scroll down and select "Notifications". Select the user you want to be notified about changes of personal data
