In the Enterprise Premium tariff, it is possible to set your own password policy. The settings are made by the administrator separately

You can find the password settings in Administration - Customization - Password Policy

Password Strength Settings

Here you set the requirements for password strength, which the system will then enforce on users

  1. Minimum password length (how long the password should be)
  2. Password history (how the password must not repeat)
  3. Require numeric characters - numbers from 0-9
  4. Require special characters
  5. Require upper and lower case letters

Password Expiration Settings

  • Here you set the time after which the password will expire and the system will prompt the user to change it.

Account Protection Settings Against Attack

  • Here you set, after how many incorrect attempts a time lock will be set and how long before the account is unlocked.
  • The time lock protects your password against so-called brute force cracking, where the attacker tries various password combinations.
