How to Schedule a New Employee’s Start and Tasks

To schedule specific dates and tasks for a new employee, use the prepared onboarding checklist. On the employee’s profile, under the "Activity Plans" tab, you’ll see the checklist with a "Schedule" button next to each task. Here’s how to schedule activities:

  1. Open the employee records.
  2. Select the employee you want to schedule tasks for.
  3. Go to the "Activity Plans" tab.
  4. Click "Schedule" next to the task you want to set.
  5. Enter the due date for completing the task.
  6. Optionally, set a reminder before the due date.
  7. Click Save.
  8. When the task is completed, you or the assigned manager can mark it as done by clicking the Confirm button.

How to Confirm Completion of Individual Tasks and Onboarding Steps

  • Once a task is finished, the employee responsible or you confirm that the task has been completed.
  • As the HR manager (or another designated person), you verify that the task has been done.
  • If needed, attach a file as proof of completion.
  • This could be a scan, photo, or other relevant document.
