Aptien offers a simple helpdesk where machine operators can report defects, failures, or problems with machines and attach, for example, photo documentation. As a logged-in user, you can find the forms in the left menu under the "Requests and Reporting" tab. Here, select the form for reporting a defect in equipment, fill it out, and confirm by clicking "Create."
- The defect report is automatically linked to the user who created it
- The employee can attach photos to the report directly from their mobile device

- The report form is automatically sent to the responsible people in your company for approval or information and you will receive a notification in your inbox once it has been processed.
