List of All Requests Linked to Organizers
In Aptien’s Employee Helpdesk, every change request or issue report can be directly linked to a specific record, such as a computer, equipment, room, contract, or other workplace asset. This allows you to manage requests and maintain a complete request history.
For example, if an employee requests reports issue with a meeting room, the request is automatically connected to that specific room. This ensures that facility managers have all the necessary details in one place, improving efficiency and response times.
- Displaying an overview of requests in a given card depends on your permission settings, which are assigned to you by the administrator.
- In the image below, you can see an overview of requests and reports on the card of a specific room.
- All requests related to a specific room are displayed on a separate "Requests" tab.
- The overview of requests is then displayed according to their status.
- The overview of requests on the card of a specific room (item) is expanded compared to the "Approval" tab to include all requests that are linked to that item.
- Therefore, you do not need to be part of the approval chain or following the request
