- Go to your equipment organizer (or the section where you manage your machinery and equipment).
- Select the record for the equipment you want to track costs for.
- Select the "Usage and Costs" tab.
- Enter the maintenance cost (materials or labor) into the cost table.
Overview of All Company Equipment Costs
- Go to your Equipment Tracking Dashboard
- On the dashboard, open the "Costs & Usage" card.
- You'll see a summary of your equipment, sorted by cost or profitability (you can select the view on this tab).
