What is Anonymous Reporting (Whistleblowing)?
The obligation to allow employees to submit anonymous reports (whistleblowing) is mandated by the Whistleblower Protection Act. This requires organizations (obligated parties) to allow whistleblowers to submit reports in writing, orally, and, upon request, in person. Only the company ombudsman appointed for this purpose may know the content of such a report.

How to Submit an Anonymous Report Electronically?
Employees can submit anonymous reports electronically using the form on the company's internal website (intranet). A simple anonymous reporting form (whistleblower form) allows employees to submit reports. You will need to log in with the designated anonymous reporter account, which will be provided by your company. All submitted reports will be forwarded to the designated company representative or ethics officer, who will then review and address the issues raised.
