What does E2E (Employee-to-Employer) mean?
E2E (Employee-to-Employer) is an abbreviation for the relationship between employees and the employers. It is one of the relationship models (similar to, for example, B2B - businesses-to-business as the designation of the relationship between companies). E2E relationships include all interactions, transactions, communications and other relationships that arise and exist between a company as an employer and its employees.
