Bulk Actions with Users
- You now have the option to perform certain bulk actions with users.
- These include: bulk license removal for managers and active users, bulk license assignment, and the role change to active employee. Some types of actions can only be performed on specific types of licenses.
Changes to Work with Tickets and Requests
- We have improved the display of request approvals and ticket processing for you.
- Now you have an overview focused on new requests and requests for which you are responsible as a user.
- We have also added filtering to the approval page.
- It is now possible to print requests and simple information about them. The record can serve as a basis for maintenance staff or documentation for invoicing or an operational log.
Improvements
- Modified the overview of requests in the organizer, now it shows correctly also requests in the status "in progress."
- Fixed the display of data in the item preview.
