Available amounts for digital handover

  • We've added a feature to set maximum available quantities for issued work equipment.
  • This isn't the same as physical inventory; it's a guideline to help you plan for new purchases.

Event Scheduling

  • You can now create calendar events for planning meetings and other activities.
  • Events can be linked to specific items like projects, vehicle reservations, etc.
  • Use events for scheduling, but remember to create separate notes for meeting minutes.

Calendars on employee records

  • Managers can view employee calendars for important dates like training schedules, equipment expiration dates, meeting minutes, and vacation plans.
  • You can also see activities created or attended by users.

Item-Specific Calendars

  • Each item now has a calendar showing relevant dates. For example, a project's calendar might display scheduled meetings, deadlines, and past meeting minutes.
  • For equipment, you can see planned maintenance, tasks, and maintenance minutes.

Improvements

  • We've improved the process for sending new passwords to existing users.
  • Duplicate emails are no longer displayed on employee records if the field is empty.
  • We've changed the required fields for minutes. Now, the subject is mandatory, not the minute itself.
