New Naming and Ordering of Menu Items in the Application
- We have prepared new names for individual menu tabs and their ordering.
- We have merged the “My Workspace” and “My Things” blocks.
- The home icon, which links to the main user overview, is now named “My Workspace.” Until now, the home icon always displayed the role name you have in the system and under which you work. The workspace does not change; it always displays information according to the user’s current role.
Digital Handover to Employees Without a License
- We have decided to expand the option of asset handover to employees without a license.
- You can use this feature if you want to have digital signatures for assets but do not want to give employees access to the system.
- If you have purchased Aptien or want to expand employee records before inviting users to the system.
Administration - User Management
- We have created a new user management for you.
- You can now filter users by license, sort them alphabetically, or search by username.
Annual Outlook for Planned Activities in Reports
- We have created a new annual outlook for planned activities in reports.
- The outlook includes the display of recurring periods.
- It is possible to display the following year as well.
- The annual outlook always shows the calendar year.
User Calendar in Mobile Version
- We have added a calendar to the mobile version for you.
- You have all the filters available on the computer.
- You can comment, change, and close tasks.
- You can edit and create minutes.
Improvements
- We have fixed notifications on the bulletin board for mobile display and email notifications.
- We have implemented the display of the last change on an item in the record, activity, or task for Company organizer.
- Reports - My Team - extension of the calendar view with Planned Dates and display of periodic events, so you can see the next event (for example, if it repeats annually).
