How to Use the Calendar Tab on an Item
The calendar displays all your meeting and appointment entries, as well as notifications from activity plans and watchers. You'll also find all tasks with a set due date in the calendar, specifically those for which you are responsible or are following.
- In the basic setting, the calendar is displayed as an overview of activities in a given month or week.
- Events are displayed in purple.
- Meeting notes are marked in red.
- Tasks are displayed in yellow.
- Your watchers are marked in blue.
You can create a note or a new event directly from the calendar.
