To add users, simply invite them to your Aptien. If you have run out of the number of users on your pricing plan, simply upgrade to a higher pricing plan. You can reduce the number of users by deleting users who are no longer actively using Aptien. The next month, your subscription will already be lower. All users can use all Organizers, Organizers are shared.
