Structured Organizer creates a hierarchy
Structured Organizer means you can create subordinate items like you can on your computer. It is most suitable if you need to create a hierarchy in the list of items.
For example:
- Capture subordination and superiority of employees in the Orgchart Organizer
- In the Projects Organizer, create a program to which you will assign sub-projects
- Parts of an asset or product
How to create structured Organizers
Right-click on the item under which the new item belongs and select "+ Add subordinate item". Fill in the required information in the dialog box and save. The information to create an item varies depending on the settings of the particular Organizer by the administrator. Most often, you will need to select the category that the new item will be placed in and fill in the text field with the item's name.
