Why create a note
Supplier representatives can use the note function to record their thoughts beyond the tasks or requirements. These notes are theirs alone and cannot be shared with anyone.
How a supplier can create a note
First, you need to give the supplier access to the project if you haven't already done so. You can find instructions here.
- The supplier's representative selects the project they want to add a note to
- Opens the "Notes" tab
- Clicks on the "Add Note" button
- Fills in the title and content
- Confirms by clicking "create"
What the supplier sees
The supplier's representative sees everything they have written in the note.
