Why create a note

Supplier representatives can use the note function to record their thoughts beyond the tasks or requirements. These notes are theirs alone and cannot be shared with anyone.

How a supplier can create a note

First, you need to give the supplier access to the project if you haven't already done so. You can find instructions here.

  1. The supplier's representative selects the project they want to add a note to
  2. Opens the "Notes" tab
  3. Clicks on the "Add Note" button
  4. Fills in the title and content
  5. Confirms by clicking "create"

What the supplier sees

The supplier's representative sees everything they have written in the note.
